Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO), incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984, is licensed to distribute and supply electricity to its more than 6.66 million valued consumers with more than 19,000 employees within defined geographical areas of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana Districts.
LESCO invites applications from energetic, qualified, and experienced professionals for the following positions purely on performance-based contracts, not to be regularized in the future.

General Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Sixteen (16) years of education or Master’s degree in IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (with at least 60% marks) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience (Managerial): For BPS-19 positions, at least 10 years of relevant IT experience, including 2 years in Middle/Senior management.
- Experience (Deputy Managerial): For BPS-18 positions, at least 5 years of relevant IT experience.
Important Information
- Remuneration: Positions are offered a market-based lump sum package.
- Tenure: Open contract on lump sum pay with a six-month probation period.
- Last Date for Submission: 18-05-2026
